Weight loss wonders
8:00 - Meijer version of strawberry cream Slim-Fast drink.
16 oz of hot tea w/a dollop of milk and 2 little packets of sugar.
1:00 - Dr. Sears from the Zone Diet said that a double-cheeseburger from the dollar menu (without the top bun) is ok, so I had that and gave in to PMS and got a small coke from McD's that I only drank half of, but it was good.
5:30 - PMSing big time! Craving sugar & salt. Ate a bag of microwave popcorn for snack.
9:00 - Manwich sloppy joe, openfaced.
8:30 am - 4 oz container of lowfat cottage cheese. Lots of protein in that little thing!
16 oz hot tea w/milk & sugar
1:30 pm - 8 oz of chili w/beans, small mescalun salad w/feta & low-cal catalina dressing & 12 oz of water. I hate all things low-cal, but that dressing was good!
Got 2-1/2 hrs of teaching dance class tonight so I'm going to aim for a snack about 5.
